Policy for Exchange and Refund:
At DESIGN CARPET your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange sold carpet (s) within seven (7) days from the date of collection or Home Delivery of the carpet (s).
For the Exchange of carpet (s), Customers visit the DESIGN CARPET showroom or email us at info@designcarpet.ae for assistance. Please mention the invoice number and the item you would like to exchange. We will send you a confirmation email to process the exchange.
The carpet(s) should not use and must be in the same condition as purchased. In case return item(s) by courier company, need to make insurance (item)s completely.
We will refund money for sold carpet (s) within seven (7) days from the date of collection or Home Delivery of the carpet (s). The carpet(s) should not use and must be in the same condition as purchased. if the customer paid the invoice amount in cash for purchased carpet (s), will refund cash directly. And if the customer paid by card the invoice amount, will refund and credit to the used card through the issuer card between 7 – 14 days.
If customers want to send carpet (s) by courier companies for exchange or refund money needs to make insurance for carpet (s) and also all charges for the shipment and other costs such as customs, … are with customer completely.
